Personal Care is sensitive and deeply personal. Our carers provide respectful support with daily personal routines while protecting privacy, dignity, and choice. We always seek consent and aim to promote independence wherever possible, working at the individual’s pace and in line with their preferences.
We agree a person-centred care plan that records preferences, communication needs, cultural considerations, and the agreed approach for each routine. Risk considerations (for example, mobility or falls) are addressed through agreed methods and any equipment requirements. We support privacy and dignity at every step.
We deliver personal care with compassion and professionalism. We respect cultural and religious preferences and ensure individuals are comfortable, informed, and in control of their care wherever possible. We aim for consistent staffing to build trust and confidence.
