Our commitment to quality

SafeHands Care Ltd is committed to delivering care that is safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led. Quality is built into our recruitment, training, supervision, documentation, and review processes.

Safeguarding

Staff receive induction, mandatory training, and ongoing supervision. We support professional development and ensure care is delivered consistently.

Training & supervision

We have safeguarding procedures to protect adults at risk of harm. Staff receive training to recognise and respond to safeguarding concerns and to escalate issues appropriately. We treat concerns seriously and work with relevant agencies where required.
